Resvent Medical Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in Shenzhen in 2015 and launched its iBreeze PAP series and the ResAssist cloud system in 2016.
Today the company works across sleep apnea diagnosis and therapy, home and hospital ventilation, COPD care and connected health software. According to Resvent, it holds more than 100 registered patents and trademarks, serves customers in more than 60 countries and regions, and its products carry China NMPA registration and CE marking.
ResAssist cloud platform
ResAssist is Resvent's cloud platform for PAP therapy data, opened from a web browser by patients, clinicians and homecare teams without installing software.
How connected CPAP therapy worksWith the optional WiFi or GSM/GPRS module, iBreeze devices upload usage hours, AHI, leak and pressure trends, so a homecare provider can follow adherence across many patients.
An authorized clinician can adjust prescribed settings remotely. The companion iMatrix software supports a deeper review of respiratory events.
Devices without a module keep the same data on the SD card for review at the clinic.
Red Dot 2026 and regulatory status
The iBreeze CPAP/APAP and the portable iBreeze+ both received the Red Dot Award: Product Design 2026, announced in July 2026.
Read about the Red Dot awardSysMed's product documentation lists CE marking and manufacturing under an ISO 13485 quality system for the iBreeze line. In the United States, the FDA cleared Resvent's RXiBreeze PAP System (RXiBreeze 20C) through 510(k) K253044 in July 2026. That clearance covers the RXiBreeze 20C only and does not extend to the other models on this page.
Why FDA and CE certifications matterEach model needs a sanitary registration from the national regulator, such as COFEPRIS in Mexico, INVIMA in Colombia, ISP in Chile or ANMAT in Argentina. SysMed provides the regulatory documents for each model and country on request.

Is Resvent a good CPAP brand?
Resvent is an established PAP manufacturer: it has produced the iBreeze series since 2016, the line carries CE marking according to its product documentation, and the iBreeze and iBreeze+ won a Red Dot product design award in 2026. Whether a model suits a patient depends on the prescription, the local registration and the support available, so compare modes, data options, noise and service before buying.
Is Resvent the same as ResMed?
No. Resvent and ResMed are separate, unrelated companies. Resvent is based in Shenzhen, China, and makes the iBreeze line; ResMed makes its own AirSense devices. iBreeze machines use the standard 22 mm connection, so they work with standard CPAP masks and tubing.
